All bookings require a 50% deposit paid at the time of booking. This deposit is what secures your session slot. Without a confirmed deposit, the slot remains available to other clients.
If you cancel your session 72 or more hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before your scheduled session, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. The remaining 50% is retained to cover the reserved time slot. You may reschedule your session within 30 days of the original booking date.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice result in the full deposit being forfeited. However, you are entitled to reschedule your session once within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability.
If you do not attend your session and have not contacted us in advance, the full deposit is forfeited and no reschedule is offered. If there are exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, etc.), please contact us and we will consider each case individually.
To reschedule a session, use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly at studio@shammistudios.com. Reschedules must be requested before the original session time, not after. Rescheduled sessions are subject to the same cancellation policy.
In the rare event that SHAMMI Studios needs to cancel a session (e.g. due to illness or equipment failure), you will receive a full refund of your deposit and be given priority access to rebook at the next available time. We will notify you as early as possible.
Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email. Alternatively, email studio@shammistudios.com with your booking reference and the reason for cancellation. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or confirmation link) — phone or Instagram messages do not count.
